1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined herein:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at kis888.
• "Company" refers to the management and operators of the kis888 platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the kis888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be a citizen or valid resident of a country permitted to use the kis888 platform.
• Not currently under any ban or suspension imposed by kis888 or any relevant regulatory body.
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or on the instructions of any third party in using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Kis888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close the account of any member found not to meet this eligibility requirement. Account registration by underage individuals is a serious violation and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is allowed to hold one account only at kis888. Owning more than one account is a violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, including forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identity card, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms.

• Your account username and password are your sole responsibility. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Members are responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact kis888 support immediately.
• Kis888 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

• Members agree to play all games in accordance with the rules established for each game.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or assistive tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical errors in games must be reported to kis888 immediately. Winnings obtained through bug exploitation will not be paid out.
• Kis888 reserves the right to void or correct any wager entered unlawfully or by error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, kis888's server records are final and binding.

7 Account Security & KYC Verification

Members may be required to submit the following documents at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached:

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Kis888 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of legal authorities.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of kis888's internal investigation. Forfeited amounts will not be returned.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the kis888 support team. Any remaining balance in the account (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method once the verification process is complete.

10 Responsible Gaming

The kis888 platform is provided "as is" and kis888 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. However, we continuously strive to keep the platform running smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Kis888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the kis888 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
